About Living Goods:
Living Goods (LG) is a leading non-profit organization innovatively transforming the health of vulnerable communities. For over 15 years, Living Goods has worked alongside governments in Kenya, Uganda and Burkina Faso to strengthen community health systems so that frontline delivery works at scale. —continuously adapting to meet the needs of underserved communities. Today, as the global health funding landscape shifts and expectations for impact grow, Living Goods is evolving once again. Guided by deep experience and a commitment to innovation, we are entering a new phase focused on what we do best: partnering with government to build high-performing, scalable community health systems that deliver the health care services families need.

Our forthcoming 2027–2030 strategy is designed to meet this moment. It centres on end-to-end performance optimisation—strengthening the foundations of government-led systems, institutionalising and scaling proven solutions, and developing new approaches to address emerging challenges. This includes harnessing the power of digital tools, data, and cutting-edge technologies such as AI to better support community health workers (CHWs) and the systems around them.

Working in close partnership with governments, we aim to ensure CHWs are equipped with the tools, supervision, and data-driven insights needed to deliver high-quality care at scale. By 2030, Living Goods will support governments in three core countries to enable 50,000 CHWs to reach 25 million people—contributing to at least a 10% reduction in under-five and maternal mortality.
